Scope and Contents

A petition to the United States Olympic Committee on behalf of Jim Thorpe and his questioned eligibility in the 1912 Olympic Games. The citizens petitioned the U.S. committee to petition the International Olympic Committee to hold a hearing for Jim Thorpe in order to validate his eligibility in the games and restore his medals. This particular copy is not signed or dated.
